• Data includes all user information including names, email addresses, phone numbers, logging, assessment responses and results. Data is stored in the EEA.

Twilio

• Used to stream and record videos, mobile verification and send email (through SendGrid).

• Processes user videos, mobile numbers and email addresses. Data is stored in the EEA.

Microsoft 365

• Used for communication with clients.

• Data stored worldwide under EU Model Contract Clauses and EU-US Privacy Shield

ZenDesk

• Email and web chat support.

• Data includes email addresses, names and support query information. Data stored in the USA. Service Data is Processed by the Zendesk Group and its third-party service providers in compliance with the EU Directive.

Country-specific services

• Fitt is hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through Solutions by STC. All data is stored locally in the Kingdom and BluValt is compliant with all local regulations.
