fitt was deployed as a digital solution, providing the team with remote access. The real-time responses (RTO) technology of the fitt platform, supported through AI, enabled instantaneous feedback on development, on the platform, which was then reinforced through a process of executive coaching. QA was provided with detailed Talent Maps, containing tailored IDP’s, to monitor the developmental actions of its professionals. Group trend data was also provided, servicing understanding of team dynamics, work roles and interaction levers; to optimize the team functioning.
