Wood is a truly multinational company. With global operations, it requires leaders to be change agile, responsive and connected. High performance and leadership coaching of HIPO employees was conducted.
An interesting balance was required – developing the authentic and true self of Wood leaders; which promotes leader brand and unique value proposition, whilst ensuring leaders are globally connected and part of the Wood international community. Participating leaders were dispersed across the UK, Middle East, Brunei and Europe. This required a fully digital and remote solution of quality.
Wood utilized fitt to gather deep talent insights into leaders. This includes leadership personality, workstyles, engagement drivers and well-being. With this data, structured IDPs could be developed for tracking and monitoring. Tailored coaching ensured leaders were guided in accelerating their potential through prioritizing key themes.
