A rapidly growing and innovative energy company with a wide regional presence requires responsive, capable and agile leadership. To do this, self-awareness and clear articulation of the leadership brand of executives is required.
fitt was deployed across the executive team of SLG. The purpose of the assessment was the following: Identifying strength areas of executives in order to heighten self-awareness and mature leadership brand, identifying key developmental actions as contained in Individualized Development Plans and supporting tailored development through a structured coaching process. With trend analytics and group reporting, key themes could be explored to further equip leaders as they transition into roles of strategic importance.
